How to see last 5 call details of your BSNL SIM

To know if your phone has been misused by someone in your absence, you can simply know it by dialing a few SSID codes from your BSNL SIM. There are many phone operators in India which has already availed this service to their customers. From the last two to three years BSNL has been growing very fast, we can now see their hunger to increase the customer base from broadband to mobile services. In the fast few months, we have seen BSNL providing a tough competition to the rising giant Reliance Jio and BSNL is also providing one of the cheapest broadband plans in India.

BSNL has increased the minimum broadband speed to 4 Mbps and 2 Mbps post FUP (All the plans above Rs 545 and 1 Mbps post FUP speed on and below Rs 545 plan). BSNL is soon going launch 4G in many circles where they are already providing high speed 3G network.

Earlier days people have to talk to the customer care executives to get the call details of their SIM. Now its easy to know the last 5 calls dailed from your SIM even if it is deleted from the dialer app. In this post we are going to see how do it on a BSNL SIM.

Step 1 Dial *123# from your BSNL SIM.

Step 2 Now enter 7 in the SSID window.
Step 3 Now enter 1 to know the last 5 call details from your SIM.

The only drawback is that it also shows the data usage in  the call details it would have been best if we have the option to view the call and details separately.

BSNL is providing competing data and voice plans to users. Many users seems to move from the higher priced mobile operators to BSNL due its reliability. BSNL nowadays have been taking complaints more seriously thanks to the new Twitter generation, Twitter has enabled the users to connect with their service providers, we have also seen the BSNL CMD connecting with peoples very frequently.
